No problem! Email me with your order number (or the email address you used at checkout) and I'll send it to you again.

All ebooks are PDF files, so they open on your phone, tablet or computer. Save it to your device and it's always there when you need it.

Yes – you're welcome to print your ebook, or just your favourite recipes, for your own personal use.

Thermomix ebooks are written step by step for your Thermomix. Conventional ebooks use everyday kitchen equipment – no Thermomix needed. Choose the version that suits your kitchen.

Never. All of our ebooks are digital downloads, so there are no shipping costs and no delivery wait – you can buy from anywhere in the world. Prices are in Australian dollars.

Because ebooks are digital downloads that can't be returned, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully.

If there's a problem with your file – it won't open or download properly – email me and I'll sort it out for you.

Your ebook is for your own personal use, so please don't share, forward or resell the file. If a friend would love a copy, send them our way – it really does help a small family business.
